This monthly meet up will allow us to talk openly about our cycles together on the last Saturday of each month!
Each month there will be ongoing education and any new questions answered. Then we'll share what we've learned, what we've tracked, what our triggers may have been, what our actions were, things that happened throughout the month in safe circle style environment, what our goals for the month are, and on the spot cycle coaching will be offered as well.
